Abstract

|
The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of MOHO based occupational therapy intervention on the occupation of the older adult. MOHO-based assessment were conducted on one older adult. the investigator measured competence and value, volition, performance, satisfaction, interest of the occupation by the OSA, the VQ, the IC, the OQ, the OCAIRS. Next, a lifestyle re-modeling and caregiver``s education was used as method of problem intervention. The level of competence and value in OSA increased. MOHO based Occupational therapy intervention has beneficial effects for fragile older people. And it gives the possibility to reduce health decline and promote quality of life in older people.
